Part-Time Practice Manager | 20–25 Hours/Week | On-Site
McLean Counseling Center and its sister practice, BrainBloom Neurotherapy Center, are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across both practices.
This is an on-site leadership position requiring approximately 20–25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or professional-services practice management and be comfortable managing both people and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations across both practices
- Support recruiting, onboarding, HR processes, and staff development
- Monitor employee performance, accountability, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate marketing, community outreach, and referral-development activities
- Support business development and practice growth initiatives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improved systems and processes
- Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure effective communication and execution of organizational priorities
